Full Professor – Institute of Philosophy, Faculty of Humanities and Education, University of Valparaíso.

SIA Project (ANID), Code 85250025, “Strengthening Research and Teaching in Aesthetics and Philosophy of Culture and Social Interaction.” (Grant for the Establishment of Researchers in Academia).

Research areas: Culture and economy; art and social criticism; Latin American critical thought; environmental aesthetics; digital cultures; critical logistics studies.

My research focuses on the exploration, analysis, reflection, and critical interpretation of the logistical transformation of urban environments and its sociocultural impacts, a field of study that has come to be known as Critical Logistics Studies. I have participated in research projects addressing the neoliberal restructuring of the production and transportation of goods, articulating different scales of analysis and examining its sociotechnical, infrastructural, socioeconomic, and cultural impacts. I have also worked on the analysis and reflection of problems concerning social criticism, considering their contexts, forms, and traditions, as well as their aesthetic, social, and political dimensions.
